this daily log was designed to be a friend, a support, and a gentle space for anyone with chronic illness.

this (undated) planner is meant to help guide and practice daily methods of care. designed by folks with daily pain, fatigue, and frequent brain fog, to track the ebbs and flows of chronic illness symptoms, and provide support on high symptom days.

inside the daily log:

  • 12 hour schedule (8am-8pm) with space for:

    • your plan for the day, and

    • a log of how the day turned out

  • space to plan:

    • what to do for dinner

    • daily errands

    • people you need to get back to or check in with

    • what you need help with
